TriForge AI is a desktop application that enables users to interact with third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI) using their own API keys. The Software acts as an interface and orchestration layer. TriForge AI LLC does not operate any AI models itself.
TriForge AI is a local-first application. Your API keys, conversation history, and personal data are stored exclusively on your local device. TriForge AI LLC does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or conversation content to our servers. All AI requests are made directly from your device to the respective AI provider using your own API keys.
TriForge AI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal device(s). You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; use the Software to create a competing product.
The Software integrates with third-party AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. TriForge AI LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content produced by third-party AI services.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TriForge AI LLC does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriForge AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, even if TriForge AI LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
TriForge AI LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via the application or our website.
